Niam Infra Fund has completed its first external close with more than 500 million SEK (€50 million) in commitments from several Swedish investors. The fund will target small to medium-sized investments with a focus on asset aggregation and risk reduction in primarily Nordic sustainable infrastructure.

The fund will target small to medium-sized investments with a focus on asset aggregation and risk reduction in primarily Nordic sustainable infrastructure.

Sverker Åkerblom, CEO of Niam Infrastructure, says, “The support from the investors in the first external close enables us to keep our focus on deployment as we continue the capital raise towards our target of 2 billion SEK (€200 million) in commitments to the fund."
