Experienced management
Niam's management team and senior real estate team consists of people with significant experience of the real estate market. They are knowledgeable in identifying, acquiring, financing, managing, reporting and selling complex and management-intensive properties.
Jennifer Andersson is a Co-Managing Partner at Niam, overseeing Investor Relations, Business Development, Finance and Infrastructure. She joined in 2007, previously serving as COO and Head of IR & Business Development. Prior to Niam, she was a manager in Corporate Development for Sappi Fine Paper North America and held the position of Head of Business Development at Wireless Lab. She began her career at Goldman Sachs specializing in Corporate Finance, Mergers, and Strategic Advisory in New York and Houston. Jennifer holds a BBA in business honors (finance and accounting) from The University of Texas at Austin and has studied at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Rikard Henriksson, Co-Managing Partner at Niam, has been with Niam since 2010 and heads up the real estate business, which includes asset management, project development, acquisitions, financing, and the local country teams. Prior to joining Niam, Rikard spent 16 years with the Real Estate and Development divisions of the Skanska Corporation. Before that, Rikard was Managing Director of Järvastaden AB, a large development area in Stockholm. Rikard has also held various project management positions within the Skanska Group. Rikard holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. During his employment at Skanska, he also participated in several management programs including the Executive Program at IMD Business School, Switzerland.
Daniel Andersson is the Head of Acquisitions at Niam. He is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and executing real estate transactions in Sweden. Daniel has 20 years’ experience in real estate transactions in the Nordics and, before joining Niam, he worked for three years as Partner & Head of Real Estate Corporate Finance at the Norwegian investment bank Arctic Securities. Prior to that he worked for seven years as Head of Capital Markets and Nordic coordinator at CBRE. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and additional studies in Economics at Bond University in Australia.
Mathias is the CFO and COO at Niam AB, overseeing Group Finance, Regulatory and Legal functions, Fund Services and IT. He joined Niam in 2020. Mathias was previously CFO and later CEO of publicly listed Qliro Group. Before that, he was Investment Director at Kinnevik AB, and held CFO positions at East Capital Group, East Capital Explorer and ETAC following nine years in the investment organization of Investor AB and the Wallenberg foundations. Mathias Pedersen holds a Master’s degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and attended the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.
Hanna Bedinger joined Niam as Head of HR in 2021. She has overall responsibility for the HR-function in Sweden and for the local country teams. Hanna has held several HR roles within the Stronghold and Newsec groups since 2016. Prior to joining Niam she worked as Head of HR at Datscha/MSCI before returning to the Stronghold group and Niam in 2021. Hanna has previously worked with HR at Coop supporting store managers and central functions in recruiting, labour law and transition projects. Hanna holds a Bachelor's degree in HR/psychology from Stockholm University.
