Infrastructure Investment Team
Sverker Åkerblom is CEO and founder of Niam Infrastructure and has over 15 years of experience within energy and infrastructure investments. Prior to joining Niam Infrastructure Sverker was one of the founding members of BlackRock Renewable Power where he was the Head of Investments for Continental Europe.
Linus Hägg is Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Niam Infrastructure. Linus has more than 20 years of experience from financing and M&A, including 12 years within energy and infrastructure. Prior to joining Niam Infrastructure, Linus spent 10 years at Arise AB, a listed renewable energy developer, most recently as CFO. Before joining Arise AB Linus worked within investment banking for 10 years.
Johanna Friberg is an Associate Director at Niam Infrastructure and is part of the investment team. Johanna is a former portfolio manager at the Swedish pension fund Alecta, where she was responsible for building up their infrastructure portfolio, including investments within energy, primarily renewables, and telecom.
Hjalmar Åhman is an Associate within the investment team at Niam Infrastructure where he is involved in the analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities and day-to-day tasks. He holds a MSc in Real Estate and Construction Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
Johan Lindsö is an Associate within the investment team at Niam Infrastructure, where he works on acquisitions and operational management of project companies. Johan previously worked on project acquisitions and strategy at the wind and solar power company OX2. Johan holds a master's degree in finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Gustav Hägglund is an Analyst within the investment team at Niam Infrastructure, where he focuses on financial analysis, market research, and supporting the execution of investment opportunities. He has a background in finance, with prior experience at Standout Capital, ABG Sundal Collier, and SEB. Gustav holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
