The investment strategy of our current credit funds focuses on senior secured loans backed by stabilised properties within all commercial real estate segments in Sweden, yet with the possibility to look at each financing request on a case-by-case basis to support the business plans of our clients.

Summary of our funds

Niam Credit has established multiple funds dedicated to senior secured lending, each with varying vintage years and commitments. Niam Credit I, launched in 2013, has commitments of SEK 1.4 billion. Niam Credit II, launched in 2016, has commitments of SEK 6.6 billion. Niam Credit III, launched in 2020, has commitments of SEK 14.4 billion. The Niam Credit Co-lending & separate account focuses on senior secured lending and has commitments of SEK 2.7 billion.
