Niam acquires Futurum ApS, a Danish property management company with 25 employees, renowned for its expertise in the field. With essential systems and processes for residential management, Futurum will develop Niam's Danish residential platform, Nordhusene.

Niam acquired a strategically located 7300 sqm office property in Greater Copenhagen with Novo Nordisk as the exclusive tenant. The seller is Danish pension fund Industriens Pension and the acquisition price is 130 million DKK.

Niam has entered into a long-term lease agreement with Saab for approximately 15,000 square meters of industrial premises located at Varvsudden in Landskrona. Saab is expanding within the maritime sector and needs to increase its production capacity. Occupancy is scheduled for the second quarter of 2024.

Niam Infrastructure continues its collaboration with Nima Energy to jointly accelerate the deployment of ultra-fast charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. The collaboration has already yielded tangible results – three new charging sites with 24 charging points have been opened in southern Sweden, and a total of 150 charging points are currently under construction.

Niam and Scandic Hotels’ joint hotel venture in Värtahamnen spans a total of 14,500 square meters. The hotel has recently undergone an extensive renovation, adding 40 rooms to bring the total to 323 rooms, making it one of Scandic's largest in Stockholm.
