Core-Plus Strategy

Niam’s Nordic core-plus strategy invests in office, retail and residential real estate across the region and focuses on stable income generation. This program began in 2012, and Niam is currently investing from the 2nd fund in the series. All of Niam’s core-plus funds are on track to meet or exceed their income and IRR targets. Niam’s core-plus investor base consists primarily of highly respected European institutional investors.
