An active role in society when developing real estate
In our role as real estate fund manager, we are also social developers and we take that responsibility in full earnestness. When we develop a property, it’s important for us that all affected get a chance to be heard.
Each of our properties is part of its surrounding community. In order to ensure a successful development process, we therefore stay in close contact with all of those affected. Tenants, neighbors, city planners, politicians, local authorities and investors are all important components in creating a working whole.
We have in-house experienced project development professionals whose network of specialists constantly come in handy. We collaborate with everyone from architects to biologists to traffic planners as we develop our properties in urban environments. In addition to our daily work, we also support:
- BRIS (Children’s Right In Society), whose goal is to strengthen the rights of children and adolescents and improve their living conditions
- ECPAT, a global network founded to protect children from all forms of commercial sexual exploitation
- Stockholms Stadsmission (Stockholm’s City Mission), a non-profit association caring for people caught in homelessness and addiction
